Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove our access to your data and ask us to delete everything we store about you at any time. This applies to all Rubyroid apps, including Rubyroid Shop Sync for Facebook and Instagram.

1. Remove our access

• In the app: open Rubyroid Shop Sync in your Wix dashboard and click Disconnect next to your Meta account. We stop syncing and stop using your Meta access token immediately.
• On Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find Rubyroid Shop Sync and click Remove. This revokes the app's access to your Meta account.
• On Wix: remove the app from your site in the Wix dashboard under Apps → Manage Apps.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Send an email to support@rubyroid.tech with the subject "Data deletion request" and include your Wix site URL or the email address of your Wix account.

We will delete all data we hold about you and your site, including your Meta access token, the IDs and names of your connected business, catalog, Page and Instagram account, your product sync history and your contact details, within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done. Products already sent to your Meta catalog stay in your Meta account; you can delete them in Meta Commerce Manager.
